Last christmas eve. I spent it with you.

This christmas eve, attended a party over at dornel’s place (: Pretty house, food, caroling and xbox gaming! Love his games room at the basement. Thanks to dornel for inviting us over, had a good time!

Christmas. No presents. Forever alone christmas.
Spent it with family, couldn’t join the party at shamini’s place. Bloated from the nice simple dinner.

Alright, countdown to 2012!

Good: It tastes nice!! Looks not bad from the outside. Become chocolate cake HAHAHA!

Bad: Erm the rainbow layers was kinda fail as we put too much colourings, and the frosting was too sugary. I should have heat the mixture to melt or sth, or jane says we could use fine sugar next time.

Caught Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol at cine yesterday with xing Just when we were queuing for tickets, i heard a familiar voice from behind. Then i turned, haha nai’s twin sisters were behind us! Small world… saw olivia too! It’s been a long long time! Anyway, the movie was great, as what xing said, tom cruise is very handsome and the car at the end is so stylish! Some pretty cool stunts, climbing the glass walls from outside woww…

After movie, went to meet jeff shawn shamini ram sarah jane @ nex. We planned give an early surprise for angel over at sarah’s place haha (Y) Bought strawberry cheesecake and balloon then off we go! Camped in her room, then a fake alarm that angel’s coming…we lighted the candles lo! Had to blow out. Waited for awhile longer, yupp text from sarah for the hint. Relighted the candles, left the cake on the desk, everyone hide in the toilet HAHAHA. Angel keep saying “i scared of cockroach”, we almost burst out laughing there. We were like “omg faster enter the room!! the cake on fire alrd la!” Okay we came out of the toilet after she saw the cake and she’s surprise to see us! GREAT SUCCESS HEHE ^^

Sang bday song, ate the cake. Dinner/supper with them at nearby zi char stall (: Ordered delicious food!
Vege, 铁板豆腐, 麦片虾球, 宫保鸡丁!! YUMMMZ. We spent a total of 54bucks, walao broke alrd. My O$P$ list is getting longer :/ K carol, so fat alrd, must eat lesser and learn how to save.

And yes, I need about 1.5hrs to travel to boonlay. Hate it when there’s no seats in the train, had to stand all the way zzz. I had to drag myself out of bed everyday, overslept all the time. Half of the yjband peeps was posted to Wagner band, the rest in Holst. So…I’m in wagner along with cass jy xq cy and ade too!

Next few days were about the same, with some full band practices too. We’re playing Praises!, Homage to Normandy, and A Song For You replacing bengawan solo for monday’s concert. Though I didn’t like the repertoire for wagner band, but this band fest will still be a memorable one. Made new friends again! Also, bonded with yj bandmates even more Love them!

Made new friends! We played postcard from sg, in war and peace, classical canon, american hymntune, celebration for band, african symphony, harry potter, toxic, dance hits and novena. A total of 10 songs. Playing through a full concert is pretty tiring, not enough diaphragm support for long holding note, shag lip muscles but embouchure still needs to stay firm, painful teeth marks… There’s so much things a musician has to improve on.

Concert ended, bus back to yj to return the instruments. Supper @ northpoint macs, then cabbed to chengyen’s place to stay overnight. Bathed, played poker cards til 4plus am and slept for about three hours. Awesome time with cass, jy, cy and xq hehe

OCTOBER

20OCT. Bowling at SAFRA Tampines with seletar house, learnt how to bowl for the first time. Not bad not bad, I had a few strikes hehe. So after bowling, went to pool with 118. Then rained heavily, had to cab to YJ for soccer. Okay, band was pretty thrashed there, we are the only performing arts joined, the rest all from sports. Though we lost terribly, but we had fun there.

26OCT. My birthday. Met ASX at night for dinner. Had cafe cartel, indonesian food, rochor tauhuey and eggtart… it’s like a small food expedition. I want to say thank you to them for making time to celebrate with me yeahh ^^

31OCT. Soocheen’s birthday. Met JATX for lunch and movie at lido, shopped a little at far east. Then went to amk S11 to surprise the queen, she was having dinner there with 101. Hahaha surprise failed when she turned behind and saw us!! But guess she’s still happy right!

NOVEMBER
The whole month is spent with 118 omg.

06NOV. Dinner @ casuarina curry upper thomson, ice cream for supper and card games @ scoopz.
09NOV. Astons and board games at Mind cafe, dhoby ghaut.
11NOV. Pool + movie @ Cine, dinner @ just acia marina sq (HAHAHA! sth happen there), arcade @ nex.
15NOV. PW oral presentation assessment day!! Screwed up my QnA part ): my A fly away just like that… Then release of promo results in the afternoon. “You are promoted” is really the best thing i’ve heard this year, finally an accomplishment.

17NOV. Ricky’s birthday. Lunch @ amk astons, then angel and jane came later with the cake. Sang him birthday song at the coffeeshop haha. Supposed to all skip school and go sentosa, but ended up with a simple celebration after school.

Played pool after that, my pool skills improved hoho ^^ almost win the guys lo!

25NOV. Skipped the last day of school and went sentosa. 2/3 of the class didnt go school as well, rebel sia. So breakfast at macs, monorail to siloso beach. Played volleyball and frisbee, and soaked in the seawater for a few hours. Me and raha almost drowned seriously, epic moment HAHAHA everyone panicking. I need to really really learn how to swim soon, anyone? My body had patches of red, thought i was sensitive to sth or what, damn itchy, turned out to be sunburnt. -.- Had lots of fun there! GREAT DAY
